I bought myself a bunch of presents last week. We\u2019ve got a new rescue dog coming home soon, and in celebration of this (and just my general love of Labradors), I decided to have a bit of a gift party. Oops!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the name of justifying my purchases, I thought I\u2019d share them with you as they aren\u2019t only cool presents to myself, they would also make awesome gifts for any other Labrador lovers. Like your family members, your best buddies, or, let\u2019s face it, yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Labrador Notepads<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I don\u2019t know about you, but I use notepads constantly. I have one for my daily tasks, another for dog training notes, and a third for jotting down crochet patterns. It\u2019s a thing! As a firm believer in the usefulness of notepads, I couldn\u2019t not include a couple in this list. They\u2019re useful for everyone!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hearts and Labradors<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I am a real fan of the design on this one<\/a>(paid link)<\/span>. The pages feel good quality in your fingers, and when I started using it this week it took the ink well and didn\u2019t do that splatty thing some notepads are prone to.<\/p>\n\n\n

Lots of Labs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I like the look of this notepad<\/a>(paid link)<\/span> better in person than the one we\u2019ve just looked at, it’s just more fun! Plus, it’s got Labradors of every color so perfect for any owner!<\/p>\n\n\n

Labrador Earrings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m very picky about my earrings, and even harder to please when choosing gifts for friends! The pressure to get it right when you\u2019re going to expect them to walk around with something so obviously on display is hard to ignore, isn\u2019t it. But if your buddy is anything like me, they\u2019ll really love these.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stud<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I looked at two potential pairs, firstly this set of studs<\/a>(paid link)<\/span>. I liked the look of them, but they were pretty pricey so I kept searching and settled on this dangly pair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Labrador earrings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I was really pleasantly surprised by these earrings. I liked them, but I was worried they would be a little childish in design from the images on Amazon<\/a>(paid link)<\/span>. But they are actually really lovely, a cute nod to gorgeous Labradors that honestly I didn\u2019t find juvenile at all and look great on.<\/p>\n\n\n

Oven Mitts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We all use oven mitts<\/a>(paid link)<\/span>, although admittedly some more than others. But they are always such a safe bet as a present, because they are practical, low pressure on the pattern front, and they wear out so we all could do with an extra pair or two kicking around.<\/p>\n\n\n

This pair look lovely in terms of the graphics, but they look and feel a bit… shiny? Is that a thing? They don\u2019t feel like the rest of my oven gloves do, they are slippery to the touch. These mitts do the job, but be warned they don\u2019t look as high end in person as they do in the pictures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Labrador Scarf<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I am so in love with this scarf<\/a>(paid link)<\/span>, it looks and feels good quality, and the print is more subtle than I\u2019d thought it would be. So you\u2019re sharing your Labrador love, but not rubbing it in people\u2019s faces!<\/p>\n\n\n

Black Lab Cushion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I loved the simple look of this <\/a>(paid link)<\/span>when I saw it online, and I am really pleased with it. In fact, I\u2019ve moved it from the living room to my home office so that I can keep it with me during the day! I didn\u2019t use a pillow pad, because I am a keen crocheter so I always have a huge amount of stuffing around! It filled really nicely, it\u2019s comfy on my study chair and the simple design has a great impact.<\/p>\n\n\n

Dog Hair Glitter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This pillow cover is a very different style. It\u2019s bold and fun<\/a>(paid link)<\/span>, and the print quality is pretty good too. Perfect for the friend who likes a bit of a joke in their soft furnishings!<\/p>\n\n\n

The Labrador Handbook<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Anyone that shares their life with a Labrador will benefit from this book<\/a>(paid link)<\/span>. And yes, I\u2019m biased, but it\u2019s a really good read. From choosing the right puppy to raising your dog throughout their life, it\u2019s packed with great advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
